Poynting HELI-40 Vehicle antenna 2x2 WiFi

The Poynting HELI-40 complements the current range for mining and tunneling with a vehicle antenna.

The HELI-40 is a dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi antenna that radiates in both directions (ie bi-directional). This makes the antenna ideal for coverage of both Wi-Fi bands.

The HELI-40 is specifically designed for mounting in vehicles making it optimal for deployment in tunnels to provide telemetry and automation.

The antenna is 2×2 MIMO and is delivered as standard in both Left-Hand Circular (LHC) and Right-Hand Circular (RHC) polarized to provide optimal decorrelation within wireless networks. The polarization and frequency diversity of the antenna improves MIMO performance and reliability in a tunnel.

The circular polarization allows dual-band Wi-Fi frequencies to propagate around curves in a line-of-sight situation.
